Anticipated End Date: 2026-03-10 Position Title: Lead Contract Administrator - Compliance Specialist The Lead Contract Administrator specializes in contract compliance and is pivotal for ensuring the successful submission of group health insurance products at a regional level. Key Responsibilities: Manage and streamline the regulatory approval process for group health insurance products with federal and state insurance regulators. Work collaboratively with various departments, including senior management, underwriting, legal, marketing, and actuarial teams to draft new product language. Prepare and submit necessary filings while maintaining communication with regulatory bodies. Assess and evaluate insurance, HMO, and self-funded benefit contracts along with associated processes and procedures. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Preferred Skills and Experiences: In-depth understanding of health insurance funding arrangements, provider networks, benefit structure, and relevant laws/regulations. Prior experience with the federal and state health insurance policy form filing process, including negotiations for approvals. Familiarity with SERFF or other policy form submission tools for submission to state departments of insurance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the development of health insurance policy forms. Salary Range: Candidates can expect a salary between $89,880 to $147,660 depending on qualifications. Work Location: This role requires being on-site 1-2 days a week to promote collaboration while allowing for flexible virtual work.
