As an inspector, you will learn how to provide expert termite protection services. Conduct thorough 360-degree inspections of homes to identify pest issues, building strong relationships along the way. Utilize our extensive advertising budget to generate new business and effectively follow up on leads. Schedule appointments and meet with potential customers to showcase Orkin's innovative products and services. Perform interior and exterior inspections—training is provided for this! Make tailored recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing customer questions and setting clear expectations. Qualifications: No experience needed—we will train you! High school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses/certifications (company paid). Comfortable working independently in the field and engaging with customers. All qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight limits. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary. Prepared to work in varying weather conditions.
