About the Role As the Director of Occupational Health Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing multiple Health Centers while ensuring that high-quality occupational medical services are delivered efficiently. This position is designed for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is skilled in personnel development, medical compliance, and strategic planning. Your Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Health Center personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct personnel development initiatives to maximize team potential. Oversee medical compliance and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality health services. Collaborate with senior physicians and business partners to integrate occupational health expertise into broader organizational goals. Engage in strategic review and planning for continuous improvement. Maintain effective union relationships and communication. Utilize your expertise as an occupational physician to inform best practices. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of medical and supervisory experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work across teams. Proven communication skills to motivate and inspire staff. Ability to champion change and drive innovation. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Education and Training Requirements Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree is required. Board certification in a medical specialty is necessary; preference is given to occupational medicine. Acceptable alternatives include emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine. Current and valid state medical license for Missouri. This position is located at the Wentzville ASSY, STPG facility in Wentzville, Missouri, and involves full-time onsite work.
