In this role, you will provide exceptional virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling, backed by our supportive team, so you can focus on delivering outstanding client care. Compensation Package: $60,000/year plus benefits Enjoy a consistent schedule with 80-90%+ of hours booked for reliable earnings. Get paid for patient no-shows (50% of visit rate) to protect your income. Minimum of 3 paid admin hours per week allocated for charting and non-patient tasks. Receive additional hourly pay for any non-patient work beyond admin time. We cover paid credentialing and necessary state licensure fees. Your Responsibilities: Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a primary focus on weight management to help clients achieve sustainable weight loss. Conduct virtual assessments to address nutritional needs and create personalized weight management plans. Educate clients on effective weight management strategies, fostering behavior change and lifestyle enhancements. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to ensure successful outcomes. Engage in collaboration with healthcare providers to deliver integrated client care. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Occasional assignments may include additional tasks within your professional scope. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management roles. Strong knowledge of evidence-based weight management practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems. Experience with telehealth or virtual client care is preferred. Specialized certifications in weight management or behavior change techniques are advantageous. Familiarity with motivational interviewing and behavior change methods is desirable.
