The Work: You will collaborate with clients on their SAP transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Mid-Market and SAP delivery, which includes: Collaborating with project leaders to establish effective ways of working, tools, and governance processes, while actively contributing ideas for continuous improvement. Assisting team leads by preparing materials, documenting key decisions, tracking actions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and helping them adopt best practices by providing clear, precise, and well-prepared information. Identifying and communicating risks, issues, and dependencies within your area of responsibility, while supporting mitigation strategies. Maintaining and updating detailed plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency across workstreams. Engaging in the creation of team assets, playbooks, and knowledge resources, while continuously enhancing your own SAP and delivery skills. Travel may be necessary for this role, ranging from 0 to 100%, depending on business and client needs. Here's What You Need: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an SAP Project Management/Delivery Excellence Consultant, with hands-on expertise in relevant technologies and responsibilities. At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Project Management and overall Delivery Excellence. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Mid-Market clients and projects (i.e., managing multiple accounts simultaneously). Experience with industry-specific clients (Products, Resources, and CMT preferred). Prior experience with the S/4 Public Cloud product. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 8 years of work experience). An Associate's Degree requires a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience.
