You will also participate in quality assurance reviews to uphold project standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Presales Support: Establish credibility during initial client interactions. Provide essential support to the sales and presales teams. Lead discovery sessions to identify client requirements. Assist in proposal creation by outlining scope and key assumptions. Collaborate with the presales team to design solution roadmaps. Foster ongoing business through existing client relationships. Project Delivery Support: Manage expectations for both the project team and clients. Flexibly juggle multiple concurrent projects. Ensure thorough follow-up and documentation of results. Serve as a trusted advisor to the project team. Aid the project manager and engagement director in client expectation management. Use your business and SAP product knowledge to guide clients towards optimal solutions. Communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively to clients. Deliver sensitive information appropriately across all organizational levels. Quality Control for Delivery Projects: Review solutions designed without initial Enterprise Architect involvement. Focus on critical functional and technical milestones. Regularly follow up on proposal adherence and execution. Proactively address potential risks. Utilize your advisory position to influence client decisions. Assess escalation situations and manage them effectively. Key Contacts: Internal: Executive and LOB management, Sales and presales teams, NTT Data Business Solutions consulting organization, Staffing coordinators, Engagement directors, VP Consulting, Project managers. External: Customers and prospects, SAP, Industry leaders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in SAP project implementations across various modules and industries. Experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP project implementations. A minimum of 6 years in integration roles across different process areas. At least 6 years of leadership experience on SAP implementation/support projects. Expertise in configuring multiple SAP modules and familiarity with various industries. Preferred Skill Sets: You will lead collaboration across functional workstreams to develop a manufacturing template suitable for multiple sites, encompassing Demand Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing Execution (with MES integration), Extended Warehouse Management, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance functionalities. Your key tasks will include: SAP Functional Solution Design: Drive design uniformity across sites. Identify and bridge gaps in overall solutions. Alignment with Non-Functional Workstreams: Ensure alignment with development teams. Manage interdependencies with data teams. Contribute to: Solution testing. Cutover and readiness planning. Organizational design to support new operational methods. Key Traits: Expertise in supply chain and manufacturing, particularly in discrete industrial manufacturing. S4 solution architect skills relevant for integrated template creation. Essential teamwork abilities for leading workstreams. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior management. Ability to build trust with clients through clear communication and reliable results. Willingness to participate in vision and thought leadership activities.
