Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to carry out essential body shop repairs and fundamental fleet maintenance on Hogan's tractor and truck equipment. You will work on repairing, replacing, and maintaining various components of our vehicles to ensure they are restored to their original condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair all damaged equipment along with performing fundamental maintenance repairs to tractors and trucks according to established policies and procedures. Paint vehicles to meet company standards. Execute safe and effective welding practices, including aluminum welding. Install and remove decals as needed. Select and identify parts and systems for repair, including radiators, CAC, and condenser replacements. Remove broken parts and replace them with new or reconditioned components. Conduct road tests to diagnose issues and ensure vehicles are safe for operation. Utilize hydraulic jacks to raise equipment. Inspect, repair, and maintain trailer structural and suspension systems. Maintain accurate and updated maintenance records. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements 4 years of apprenticeship (Journeyman) or equivalent experience in truck/trailer body shop repair. CDL License, Class A or B (or obtain within a specified timeframe after employment). Experience in fiberglass repair, including panel repairs, straightening, and filling when necessary. Appropriate EPA License. High school diploma or GED. In-depth knowledge of hand, air, and power tools used in the industry. Basic understanding of welding and oxy/acetylene cutting procedures. Clean motor vehicle record (MVR). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
