Contracts Purchasing Manager

Contracts Purchasing Manager Join House Buyers of America as a Contracts Purchasing Manager, where you will play a crucial role in bidding, managing, and negotiating all contracts for our exciting home renovation projects. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while overseeing all facets of purchasing, including developing detailed scopes of work and recruiting new contractors and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Bid on and manage all contracts; submit invoices, track project budgets, and collaborate with Field Managers to ensure contractor performance aligns with contractual agreements. Negotiate contracts for the best pricing (national production builder pricing) and creatively source innovative products to reduce costs while enhancing quality and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with senior management to align on specification levels and project requirements. Create detailed scopes of work and budgets for each renovation project. Manage the recruitment, training, and termination of general contractors and subcontractors. Actively recruit new contractors and build vendor relationships through networking and cold calls; ensure all contractors are properly registered before starting on-site jobs. About You: You have 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company. You possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
