Join a forward-thinking organization where your innovative ideas contribute significantly to our success and that of our customers. We are committed to creating a secure world by offering inventive electrical solutions. As data centers increasingly adopt high-density liquid cooling for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC), we are seeking a dynamic leader for our Product Management team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a growing, globally distributed team of Data Center Cooling Solutions Specialists who work closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and sales teams to design, validate, and support the implementation of cutting-edge liquid cooling infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer engagement. You will act as a strategic leader and a reliable technical advisor, helping to develop talent, scale effective solutions, and ensure that customer feedback informs our Product Management initiatives. What You'll Experience in This Position: Lead and develop a global team, aligning priorities and enhancing technical capabilities to consistently deliver high-quality liquid cooling solutions. Guide system-level design and solution architecture, optimizing key components like coolant distribution units (CDUs), fluid networks, rack and row manifolds, pumps, and hydronic loops. Support site surveys, design reviews, and deployment planning in collaboration with services and regional teams, ensuring clarity of design intent before order placement and installation. Conduct thermofluid and hydraulic analyses—such as flow distribution, pressure drop, pump sizing, and system performance—to guarantee reliability and resiliency in high-density cooling deployments. Establish and enhance standards, sizing methods, and product performance tools, fostering close feedback loops with engineering and tool owners to support scalability. Engage directly with customers on complex and strategic opportunities, translating insights into product roadmap priorities for reliability and serviceability improvements. Act as a senior technical liaison across Product Management, Engineering, Services, Sales, and FAEs, ensuring alignment on customer needs and execution strategy. You Have: B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. 10+ years of experience in data center cooling design, construction, commissioning, or thermal/fluid systems. Proven track record of leading or mentoring engineering or technical teams, especially in a global or multi-regional context. Hands-on experience with high-density liquid cooling systems, including configurations like direct-to-chip, immersion cooling, CDUs, and manifold-based architectures. A robust understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and hydraulic systems, including experience with pressure drop analysis and flow balancing, complemented by hands-on use of CFD and hydronic modeling tools. Solid comprehension of P&IDs, hydronic loop design, pressure testing, and fluid quality management practices. Effective communication skills for customer interaction and senior leadership presentations, particularly in pre-sales and high-impact situations. Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer engagements and key deployments.
