Your role and responsibilities We are excited to invite talented professionals to apply for the Oracle Cloud Functional Absence/OTL Specialist position! This full-time opportunity involves providing expert advisory and implementation support in Oracle HCM Cloud. Candidates should be ready to travel during key phases of project implementation. What You'll Do: Serve as the go-to Expert and Trusted Advisor for Oracle HCM Cloud ABM/OTL implementation projects. Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and leadership, ensuring successful project delivery. Offer best practice guidance on modern HR processes to help clients leverage Core HR, Workforce Compensation Cloud, and Benefits Cloud. Lead design workshops to define business requirements and perform gap analysis, providing tailored solutions. Gather business requirements to configure Absence Management & OTL modules effectively, leading related testing events. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Oracle features to provide optimal solutions. Understand integrations with other Oracle modules and collaborate on Fusion Cloud Applications configuration. Support the Technical Practice in guidance on data conversions, integrations, and reporting. This position offers flexibility and can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise 4-8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead, with recent ABM/OTL experience. Completion of at least 5 full life cycle HCM Cloud Implementations, including 3 focused on ABM/OTL. Preferred experience in Public Sector (K12 Educational, Federal/State/Local); Private Sector experience also considered. Current Oracle Cloud Certifications in Payroll, ABM, OTL, or other HCM modules preferred. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL. Proven track record of leading full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or HR Management. Preferred technical and professional experience Cross-functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules is a plus.
