DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited program Active dental license in California (or ability to obtain) Board eligible or Board certified (preferred but not required) Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to seeking treatment solutions
