As a Senior Engineer in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Agentic AI Delivery, you embody a new kind of technologist—a 'product-minded engineer' fluent in both coding and customer-centric outcomes. The Work: As a GCP Agentic AI Delivery Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both consulting and engineering projects, tailoring Google Cloud Agentic solutions to client needs. You will work closely with Accenture's global teams, showcasing your superior technical acumen and innovative product skills. Your responsibilities include implementing advanced technology solutions by designing, building, and presenting Agentic AI solutions. You'll be a trusted team member, mentoring peers on adopting a Product Engineering mindset and becoming the go-to expert on specific Google Cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: Outcome-Driven Design and Build: Engage in technical discovery workshops to translate client business needs into GCP design elements and bespoke solutions. Create and deploy innovative, agentic-first solutions on GCP that align directly with client goals. Hands-On Development & Proof-of-Value: Swiftly design and present compelling proof-of-concept (POC) solutions showcasing your Google Cloud expertise. This involves active software engineering using Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, BigQuery, Google Data technologies, Terraform, and the latest CI/CD practices. Product-Led Project Delivery: Serve as an agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) and coach on modern software development practices. Mentor the delivery team in Product Agile Operating Models, advising on how to organize delivery sprints for continuous delivery through Google Cloud Technologies. Team Collaboration: Willingness to travel as necessary for project meetings, workshops, and client interactions. Collaborate with global teams using various tools and channels for project management and status reporting. Here's what you need: At least 5 years in a client-facing technology role (e.g., Google Cloud Engineer, Product Engineer, Technology Consultant). At least 5 years of comprehensive experience architecting and building solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, with 4 years specifically in GCP. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Application Modernization, Call Center AI, and/or Agentic AI solutions utilizing Google Cloud technologies. At least 3 years of experience collaborating with globally distributed project team members, with familiarity in project management and product/project testing methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience (If Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience). Bonus points if you have: Product & Agile Mindset: Practical experience within a Product Operating Model. Hands-on experience in delivering agile projects, contributing to sprint-based outcomes. Consulting & Innovation Acumen: Experience in client-facing innovation workshops and converting concepts into effective solutions. Exceptional communication skills to articulate project status, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders. Agentic AI & Software Product Engineering: Experience architecting and developing agentic workflows using Vertex AI. Profound understanding of agentic components such as reasoning engines, planning, tool use, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Technical Depth: Multiple Google Cloud Professional certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Data Engineer, GenAI Leader). Hands-on project experience across GCP technologies like GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI, CES, Apigee, and others.
