Your Role: As an R&D expert in MedTech, your deep understanding of the convergence of business, technology, and operations makes you an exceptional guide for clients in boosting their performance. With years of experience, you excel at analytical problem-solving and develop innovative solutions that expedite therapy delivery to patients. Your ability to communicate complex ideas, coupled with your inspiration to lead teams in producing high-quality work, positions you as a vital asset to our team. Key Responsibilities: Assist MedTech clients in accelerating product delivery to patients. Lead thorough analyses of existing product development and R&D strategies. Guide teams in creating and implementing solutions focused on enhancing patient engagement throughout development cycles. Advise clients on incorporating cutting-edge capabilities and operational models to evolve into data-driven, AI-enabled organizations. Design and manage change projects ensuring long-term client success. Forge strong relationships with senior clients, establishing Accenture as a trusted advisor. Drive business development initiatives to strengthen Accenture's Consulting practice. Contribute to thought leadership and technical acumen in MedTech R&D. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75% to client locations is required. Your Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience. At least 7 years of experience in the MedTech R&D sector, with expertise in fields such as cardiovascular, general surgery, diabetes, diagnostics, etc. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or Health Engineering. In-depth knowledge of MedTech R&D processes and product life cycles. Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Life Sciences MedTech R&D, particularly in product design and clinical development. Experience at a top-tier consulting firm with a management consulting focus. An established network within the Life Sciences sector. Proven background in strategic consulting, successfully addressing significant challenges within time and budget constraints. Strong skills in client attraction and deal-making.
