Your Leadership: As a confident leader, you stay ahead of trends in the SAP platform, industry, and Finance. You translate client aspirations into clear, actionable outcomes, fully utilizing various SAP platform capabilities to drive business value, transform end-to-end functions, and implement best practices globally. Your Role: Collaborate with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs using your SAP application and process expertise, which includes: Engaging senior Finance executives to discuss business challenges and the potential of SAP solutions. Leading clients in defining their SAP journey through business case development, roadmaps, and client engagements. Architecting end-to-end Finance solutions utilizing SAP technologies and partner solutions. Explaining SAP's Business AI strategy while identifying functional areas where AI can add value. Implementing AI use cases in SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explaining AI-driven improvements for project delivery. Advising, designing, and delivering Finance solutions based on industry best practices and SAP innovations. Leading large project teams to achieve transformational goals, both onsite with clients and within Accenture. Becoming a trusted expert and advisor by remaining knowledgeable about regulations, trends, and innovations in your field. Contributing to thought leadership by building assets, best practices, and developing future transformation experts. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business and client needs. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in Finance, including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting. At least 5 years' experience in SAP projects for Retail/Grocery clients (SAP support or managed services experience will not be considered). A minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Retail/Grocery clients. Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including driving workshops, design decisions, and leading system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live processes. Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If holding an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years' work experience is required. Compensation: At Accenture, compensation varies based on factors like location, role, skills, and experience.
