Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Head of Supply Chain Analytics to lead our Devices organization in designing, building, and delivering groundbreaking products that enhance connectivity. In this pivotal role, you will harness your leadership experience to develop a high-performing team of business data analysts, data scientists, and performance managers. You will work closely with our Operations teams, including Manufacturing, Sourcing, Product Quality, Supply Chain, and Post Sales Support, to create powerful analytics solutions that drive performance and facilitate timely, data-driven decisions. As a key member of our Operations Leadership team, you will collaborate with leaders across functions to utilize data in identifying and addressing complex business challenges, while also uncovering opportunities within our extensive global manufacturing and supply chain. Essential Responsibilities: Devise and refine strategies to extract value from data and analytics within our Supply Chain Operations Analytics organization. Lead the development of the KPI roadmap, encompassing metrics definition, performance drivers, insights, root cause analyses, and executive commentary on progress. Oversee the analytics roadmap in alignment with organizational goals, identifying gaps, managing risks, and communicating updates to leadership and stakeholders. Enhance the skills and development of a motivated analytics team while fostering new analytics solutions and best practices. Engage across functions to provide strategic insights, prioritizing business use cases where data and analytics offer tangible benefits, incorporating both Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. Contribute to critical decisions regarding data architecture, governance, measurement strategies, and data security. Champion the significance of data and influence future initiatives through insightful analyses generated by your team. Minimum Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in leadership roles managing data and analytics teams, including Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Governance specialists, Data Scientists, and Business Intelligence Analysts. Demonstrated expertise in the Supply Chain industry, with a deep understanding of industry-standard definitions, metrics hierarchies, and common causes of underperformance. Experience in delivering impactful business solutions within an Agile framework, familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Solid understanding of statistical applications in business contexts, including forecasting, machine learning, and causation/correlation analyses. Proficient in communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Able to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in a relevant analytical field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management Science). Hands-on experience in technical roles such as Data Modeler, Data Architect, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical insights and analyses.
