In this critical role, you will lead strategic expansion efforts and enhance our market positioning by pursuing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Your focus will be on developing and implementing innovative growth strategies, improving physician alignment, and broadening our service offerings. The ideal candidate will spearhead all growth initiatives, which include physician recruitment, enhancing patient access, and exploring new ancillary business ventures. You will also be responsible for managing our marketing and brand strategies, cultivating relationships with referral networks, and ensuring alignment of growth initiatives with our mission and core values. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare growth, development, or strategy roles. A strong background in successful mergers and acquisitions, practice integration, and building strategic partnerships is essential. We are looking for a candidate who possesses robust business and financial acumen, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
