This pivotal position requires close collaboration with the CEO and the executive team to deliver insights that drive our expansion. The right candidate will manage critical financial areas including accounting, treasury, tax, IT, and budgeting. Key responsibilities include: Providing timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and performance analyses. Strengthening financial controls and ensuring compliance. Facilitating key strategic initiatives and evaluating investment opportunities. Fostering robust relationships with stakeholders and partners. Streamlining systems and processes to boost operational efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a senior financial role, particularly within fast-growing organizations. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, and a CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
