As a Technical Teamcenter Architect, you will collaborate with clients across diverse industries focusing on product development and the integration of manufacturing processes and supply chains. Your expertise will be vital in identifying opportunities for transformation while addressing global economic, technological, and industry trends. Analyze clients’ product development landscapes to uncover transformation opportunities and platforms that enable operational efficiency and sustainability. Utilize your analytical skills to evaluate R&D and PLM capabilities and help clients leverage Digital Thread & Twin technologies to achieve significant business outcomes. Develop and implement transformation roadmaps tailored to client needs, enhancing their strategic position for long-term success. Employ both foundational and advanced technologies to address topics such as environmental compliance, product variance, and sustainability. Guide teams through large Digital Thread & Twin transformations and foster relationships that position Accenture as a trusted partner. Enhance your knowledge in business and technology strategy and contribute to Accenture's thought leadership. Your responsibilities will also include: Leading Product Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, managing logistics, and communicating internal and external project statuses. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create specifications, and deploy applications effectively. Designing and implementing cohesive architectural solutions based on thorough analysis of current versus future states. Facilitating workshops and discussions to identify process improvements and technical solutions. Delivering quality outputs such as requirements traceability, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications. Leading global functional and technical teams and coaching implementation team members, both internal and client-based. Providing functional solutions across PLM, ALM, and MES systems, ensuring designs meet business processes. Gathering data to develop architectural requirements at the project level and advocating for best practices in Product Lifecycle Management. Creating test plans to ensure that developed solutions meet client needs. Travel is a component of this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business and client needs. What You Require: A minimum of 4 years’ experience delivering PLM technical solutions with Siemens Teamcenter, including architecture design, configuration, and customization. 2 years of hands-on experience with Engineering and Manufacturing IT systems, including ERP, PLM, MES, and QMS platforms. Proficiency in Teamcenter to SAP integration architecture and experience with legacy SAP R/3 systems. Experience with the latest Teamcenter versions (TC13, TC14, TC2312) and familiarity with system upgrades. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (12+ years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years’ work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced technologies like 3D visualization, AR/VR, IoT, and Blockchain. Knowledge of systems implementation methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. A proven ability to think creatively and analytically in problem-solving situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
