Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Consultant for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within Oracle Health Government Services, specifically for the VA EHRM contract. In this pivotal role, you will lead a technical team in designing, implementing, and deploying Oracle Health solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting the VA's IAM business operations and technical programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Health Millennium, FSI, Identity Integrations, and related IAM solutions, along with a background as an Oracle Health (Cerner) Integration Architect or similar positions. Responsibilities Lead enterprise engineering and architecture for all IAM projects within Oracle Health Government Services. Oversee technical teams in designing and deploying Oracle Health solutions. Support the implementation of the VA IAM business initiatives and technical leadership. Guide IAM Engineering efforts, including reporting and customer coordination for architectural deliverables such as SVs, EVs, ICDs, and design documents. Collaborate with Oracle Health Cyber to analyze and recommend future IAM needs for VA and DoD integrations. Facilitate and prepare for weekly IAM meetings with VA EHRM-IO IAM. Coordinate with Oracle Health solution teams, technical interface teams, IAM teams, and VA IAM teams on new and existing projects. Provide leadership and mentorship to members of the Oracle Health IAM team. Assist with production rollouts and troubleshooting for upcoming VA EHRM deployments. Conduct data analysis for production and testing related to IAM projects. Deliver presentations to customers regarding solutions, designs, and technical concepts aligned with IAM. Regularly report on project status and deliverables to senior leadership at Oracle Health. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Salary Information: The hiring range for this position is $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
