Job Description Senior Product Manager for Nonprofits & Organizations Join us as a Senior Product Manager dedicated to transforming the nonprofit sector with innovative solutions. You will be at the heart of shaping the product strategy and outcomes for NetSuite ERP tailored specifically for nonprofits. This role empowers you to establish the product vision while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Executive teams. Your deep understanding of nonprofit operations, compliance, and impact measurement will enable you to translate complex challenges into scalable ERP and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Vision Create and steer the strategic roadmap for the Nonprofits & Organizations product within NetSuite ERP. Identify and prioritize nonprofit needs in fund accounting, compliance, and impact measurement, transforming insights into actionable product strategies. Define how AI-driven ERP solutions can revolutionize mission delivery and stakeholder engagement for nonprofits. Market and Industry Expertise Act as the go-to expert for nonprofit ERP applications. Engage with nonprofit customers and industry thought leaders to validate product strategies and influence roadmap decisions. Shape industry analyst perspectives to spotlight nonprofit priorities and our unique differentiators. AI-Driven Product Development Create compelling AI-driven use cases to enhance donor management and grant tracking for nonprofits. Cooperate with AI and platform teams to ensure our solutions align with the needs of the nonprofit sector. Innovate using AI and automation to help mission-driven organizations improve their operational efficiency. Driving Growth and Impact Drive growth metrics for the nonprofit sector, including ARR growth and adoption rates. Contribute to product packaging and go-to-market strategies, articulating distinct nonprofit value propositions. Offer insights for pricing and monetization strategies tailored to nonprofit needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Inspire collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to unite nonprofit strategies with execution. Clarify product priorities to facilitate effective sector-focused enhancements. Work independently while achieving high standards befitting an IC4 role. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of proven experience in product management, especially within industry solutions. Extensive knowledge of nonprofit operations, funding, and compliance. Strong background with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. Proven track record in developing and scaling enterprise software solutions for specific industries. Ability to operate at a director level in an individual contributor role. Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills. Comfortable in ambiguous and mission-driven environments. Desired Qualifications Experience with AI-enhanced enterprise platforms. Engagement with industry analysts or as an industry evangelist. MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business. Compensation and Benefits Information The compensation for this position starts from $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity options.
