Your Impactful Role As Vice President of Healthcare Insurance, you will spearhead a dedicated sales organization focused on driving revenue growth and improving service offerings within the healthcare sector. Reporting directly to the unit leader of Healthcare Life Science, your role will be vital to positioning Teradata as the premier platform for enterprise AI and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities Lead revenue and growth initiatives, implementing an inspiring vision for AI-enabled transformation. Design and execute strategic growth plans to engage C-suite executives in healthcare organizations. Cultivate executive relationships, establishing Teradata as a crucial partner for data-driven business solutions. Guide a team of Account Executives, Solution Architects, and consultants to reach territory targets. Implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, demonstrating clear ROI and transformative analytical capabilities. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Services teams to align client needs with our strategic roadmap. Foster a high-performance sales culture through mentorship, coaching, and attracting top talent. Your Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree; preferred: MBA or advanced degree. At least 10 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated history of success. Proven expertise in enterprise account management and growing strategic accounts. Strong executive presence and capability to engage C-suite executives on strategic business outcomes. Experience in selling data, analytics, or AI solutions within complex organizations. Outstanding communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed. Pay Rate: 310800.0000 - 388500.0000 - 466200.0000 On-Target Earnings Salary details will depend on geographic location, internal equity, and your experience. Additionally, sales professionals may qualify for commission based on achieving quotas.
