If you join PwC’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP team, you will focus on understanding client requirements, implementing ERP software solutions, and providing essential training and support for Microsoft ERP applications. This critical role enables our clients to improve their operational efficiency and meet their strategic objectives. The Opportunity As a member of the Business Application Consulting team, you will work alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) or F&O (ERP) Functional Architects, Functional Consultants, clients, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and implementations. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale projects, innovate operational processes, and maintain excellence while managing relationships with senior-level clients to ensure project success. Your expertise in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Trade and Logistics will be pivotal as you conduct workshops, analyze business needs, and facilitate the implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP and Logistics modules. Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP projects Innovate and enhance processes to boost operational productivity Engage with senior clients to ensure successful project outcomes Leverage expertise in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Trade and Logistics Conduct workshops to assess business needs against ERP capabilities Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP and Logistics modules Promote a culture of excellence and quality in client interactions Provide guidance to teams navigating complex challenges with strategic insights What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 7 years of relevant experience Certification in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Trade and Logistics and at least one additional Dynamics 365 F&O module What Sets You Apart Proven ability to collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) or F&O (ERP) Functional Architects, Functional Consultants, clients, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional results. Strong industry experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Management. Effective communication skills across various formats and audiences. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Experience in As-Is and To-Be process analysis. Ability to design integrations with third-party systems. Experience providing post-go-live support for clients. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
