Your Responsibilities Will Include: Coordinating and integrating activities across various functional lines to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Meeting critical milestones in siting, permitting, engineering, procurement, and construction. Identifying strategies to expedite project schedules, cut costs, and optimize resources, delivering exceptional value to our clients. Managing all aspects of project performance, including scope, quality, financial forecasting, and schedule for complex, high-risk projects. Overseeing finances, cost control, scheduling, environmental considerations, and stakeholder relationships. Reviewing contractor invoices, schedules, and change orders for accuracy and completeness. Leading project presentations and providing regular updates to the Program Manager and client leadership. Ensuring project team members are clear on their responsibilities and equipped to achieve targeted goals. Coaching and guiding team members in developing task plans, spending plans, and communication strategies. Working in a flexible environment that includes a mix of remote work, client sites, and Accenture offices. We prioritize collaboration, learning, and relationship-building, so some in-person time will be essential for success. We are committed to accommodating your work/life needs while maintaining strong team connections. Compensation: $170,000 - $180,000 a year. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 10+ years of experience in managing electrical utilities construction projects. Valid U.S. driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards. Experience in managing projects with budgets exceeding $50M. Bonus Points If You Have: PMP certification or the willingness to obtain it within a designated time frame. Expertise in electric transmission and substation construction. Ability to coordinate work scope among multiple groups and contractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. A solid understanding of OSHA safety policies. Experience managing large, complex project budgets. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges. Demonstrated leadership capability in guiding teams and managing resources effectively.
