Network Operations Specialist

Your Role: As a Network Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with the Team Lead of Network Engineering to ensure smooth daily operations across our LAN, WAN, and Security environments. Your role will be essential in maintaining high levels of service for our users while complying with company policies and legal standards. The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance Network Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance Ensure critical network services are maintained for our affiliated companies Maintain an accurate inventory of network infrastructure systems and data circuits Support and supervise vendors during network equipment installations and maintenance Provision remote access accounts and corporate Ethernet ports efficiently Assist in strategic planning for network expansion and product evaluations Analyze and monitor network performance for reliability improvements Contribute to network security initiatives and relevant documentation Keep abreast of emerging network technologies to ensure best practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience) A minimum of four years in a corporate network environment, ideally multi-site CCNA Certification Experience with Cisco ACS and Websense administration About Our Company: Carrington Mortgage Holdings is committed to excellence in asset management, mortgages, real estate transactions, and logistics within the real estate sector.
