As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will engage with potential clients, have meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs, and provide customized coverage options. Core Responsibilities: Utilize our specialized Salesforce CRM to generate leads, grow your client base, and expand your professional network within your area. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or text. Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss clients' insurance needs. Participate in regular meetings with your sales manager and team members. Build relationships with local businesses, follow up on referrals, and deliver exceptional service to existing clients. Develop and maintain your client portfolio. Collaborate with your sales manager to establish and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Organize your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager each week. Document daily activities and sales performance updates at the end of each workday. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Successful completion of a thorough pre-employment background check. Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willingness to obtain; we provide a study course at no cost, with state licensing fees reimbursed). Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of relevant post-high school experience (candidates nearing degree completion or those with related experience in sales or athletics are encouraged to apply). COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Comprehensive training program available in both classroom and field settings.
