Stakeholder Communication: Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders, effectively addressing their concerns while educating them on industry standards concerning data center construction. Project Constructability: Oversee the planning and design phases of data center projects, ensuring feasibility, quality, and adherence to budget and schedule. Budget Oversight: Manage preconstruction budgets diligently, ensuring optimal resource utilization while remaining within financial parameters.
