As we rapidly expand, we invite you to bring your exceptional skills to our team as an Associate Director of Medical Affairs. In this pivotal role, you will supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) at your assigned center, ensuring the best care and outcomes for our patients. You will be responsible for improving clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction while also spending part of your time delivering direct patient care as a PCP. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, especially older adults. Take full accountability for patient outcomes, collaborating with specialists, and remaining involved in their detailed care. Engage proactively with hospitalists when your patients are hospitalized. Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients with complex health needs and coordinate their care effectively. Lead a dedicated care team, including care promoters, facilitators, and coordinators. Collaborate with transitional care teams for patients unable to visit the office. Facilitate weekly Super Huddles and Transforming Care Meetings, ensuring clinical accountability. Contribute to the management of your center and assist in covering for absent providers. Mentor and coach PCPs to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes. Work with operational leaders to enhance clinical performance and increase center membership. Be adaptable to take on additional duties as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty. Current, active MD licensure in your state. At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric, adult, or family practice setting is preferred. Completion of Chen Medical training, including Masterful Conversations and meeting facilitation. Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred; Board eligibility is required. Maintain current DEA number for controlled substances. BLS certification is required within first 90 days of employment. Salary Range: $238,832 - $341,189 Why Join Us?
