In your capacity as a Senior Earnix Developer Manager, you will leverage your expertise in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a leading software suite designed for the insurance industry focusing on policy administration, claims management, and billing. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, and rigorously testing software to address the unique needs of insurance organizations. Your leadership abilities will shine as you motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, recognizing their strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand the interactions and dependencies within the entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Collaborate with team leadership for co-ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Encourage professional growth by developing skills outside of comfort zones. Mentor junior staff and utilize reviews as an opportunity for team expertise enhancement. Proactively address conflicts, engaging in constructive conversations with clients and stakeholders. Uphold professional standards and the Firm's code of conduct. The Opportunity: As part of the P&C Insurance Sector Technology Consulting team, you will design, develop, and maintain Earnix pricing components, focusing on enhancing rate order calculations to achieve consistent outcomes. In this managerial role, you will lead teams and manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, providing opportunities to work closely with product and pricing stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful solutions for success in the insurance sector. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years of relevant experience What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred Experience in P&C insurance or pricing-sensitive industries Familiarity with CI/CD and release management practices Experience supporting production operations through monitoring and incident resolution Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Experience mentoring junior developers Documentation and stakeholder relationship management skills Familiarity with test automation frameworks Proficiency in SQL with large datasets Hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions within Earnix Proven background in building and maintaining Rate Tables and Rate Routines in Earnix Experience setting up and maintaining rate order calculations in Earnix Knowledge of integration implementations in Earnix Strong understanding of pricing data inputs for Earnix Ability to troubleshoot complex pricing issues We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we're committed to providing equal opportunities for all qualified applicants.
