Role Overview As a Health Integration Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with client leadership to design and implement an integration roadmap, acting as a trusted technical guide throughout various implementation stages, including design, validation, integration, and stabilization. You will apply Oracle methodologies and industry best practices to deliver effective functional and technical solutions in complex engagements. Key Responsibilities Manage multifaceted client relationships, applying influence to achieve effective outcomes. Develop comprehensive strategies for design, system validation, and integration across diverse healthcare solutions. Oversee domain, issue, and change management processes to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery. Proactively identify and resolve integration risks, serving as the key escalation contact. Ensure deliverables and timelines are met, while consistently providing value. Offer expertise in integration and domain knowledge to project teams throughout the engagement lifecycle. What You Bring Familiarity with Cerner Millennium solutions, including PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, and Ambulatory. Basic understanding of Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle Systems and workflows. Experience in healthcare IT consulting, specifically in implementation leadership and client relationship management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. A strong ability to navigate ambiguity, driving clarity and successful outcomes. A commitment to protecting client and corporate assets with a focus on security and privacy. Compensation Range US: Hourly range from $25.48 to $60.63; annual from $53,000 to $126,100. Eligible for bonuses and equity.
