Details 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient split within the Rehabilitation department Predominantly adult outpatient orthopedic patient population Common diagnoses include joint replacements, back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain Strictly 1:1 patient ratio Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Weekend call required on a 1:4 rotation No float requirements Standard rehabilitation equipment used 100-bed acute care facility accredited by The Joint Commission Requirements MSPT or DPT degree required Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required Outpatient experience required, with focus on back, neck, and shoulder pain and joint replacement Inpatient general medical experience preferred Experience with joint surgeries preferred RQI certifications are not accepted Social Security number required for consideration Date of birth required for consideration Active PT license required if applicable Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during this assignment Any color scrubs are acceptable American Traveler Job ID #P-675707.
