The Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Technical Project Manager with a robust background in fostering cross-functional collaboration among Product Development, Product Management, technology, and operations teams. In this essential position, you will oversee the delivery of advanced products while managing large-scale initiatives to meet bold objectives effectively. To excel in this role, you will need outstanding communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to translate data into actionable insights. You will lead diverse projects including tool implementation, process improvements, and analytics automation. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Program & Project Management: Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives, ensuring appropriate prioritization and execution within defined timelines. Metrics & Performance Tracking: Create and implement value-focused metrics to assess program effectiveness while continuously optimizing KPIs for greater business impact. Process Design & Optimization: Develop and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and compliance. Business Operations Execution: Oversee crucial operations including workforce planning and KPI/OKR reporting. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, and others to analyze complex data sets, uncover trends, and produce actionable insights. Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective decision-making through alignment across teams and collaborate on operations reviews to boost SLAs and guarantee regulatory compliance. Executive Reporting & Presentations: Create engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for senior leadership. Strategic Planning & Execution: Define project requirements and guide intricate program execution, balancing long-term goals with immediate business needs. Issue & Risk Management: Identify dependencies and implement corrective actions to support timely, secure, and high-quality releases. Continuous Improvement & Agility: Promote a culture of collaboration and ongoing enhancement to meet evolving business needs. Knowledge Management: Maintain systematic documentation and templates to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing. Program Oversight: Ensure multiple initiatives align with organizational objectives and compliance regulations. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Utilize data-driven methodologies to address complex challenges and enhance operational efficiency. Preferred Qualifications Program & Process Management Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in product development or cloud services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of SAFe Agile. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar qualifications are advantageous. Experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer is a plus. Adept at navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments. Collaborative experience in event-driven operations. Demonstrated success in managing software release cycles or high-stakes programs. Understanding of project management frameworks and operational best practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in program management tools like Confluence and Jira. Leadership & Communication Exceptional communication abilities for distilling complex concepts to diverse audiences. Professional presence with the capability to engage senior leadership confidently. Strong active listening and critical thinking skills for prompt situational assessment. Meticulous attention to detail throughout all aspects of program execution. Data Analytics & Automation Experience with scripting languages for data analytics, including SQL, DAX, Python, or R. Disclaimer: Some customer-facing roles may necessitate compliance with immunization and occupational health requirements. The salary range for this position is between $78,000 and $158,200 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and equity options.
