KPMG is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Operations Engineer to become a vital part of our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity where you can contribute significantly to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Lead support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow products/modules, delivering timely and high-quality solutions; troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve platform issues, accompanied by root cause analysis and corrective actions. Design, configure, and develop effective solutions using ServiceNow best practices to meet business needs and facilitate process improvements; actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of the platform with proactive recommendations and new feature implementations. Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations; ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and ServiceNow best practices. Engage in all aspects of Platform and Plugin/Store App upgrades while mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing across the operations team. Oversee platform health by monitoring performance and sustaining integration points. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and scrum teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications: At least three years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is ideal. Experience in supporting and enhancing various ServiceNow products/modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, etc.); strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a major module (e.g., ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps) is preferred. Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
