In the role of SAP BASIS Senior Consultant, you will identify and define user requirements, focusing on user interface (UI) development across various platforms. Your responsibility includes crafting software components and services that work seamlessly together to meet business needs through effective programming. Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product aligns with their needs. Perform day-to-day SAP BASIS operations, including software installation, technical connectivity, documentation, release management, systems monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure technical SAP system preparedness for specific project demands. Work closely with application development and integration teams to enable tailored technology solutions. Troubleshoot complex SAP technology issues to enhance system stability. Design and develop user interfaces that elevate overall user experience. Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives. This position may require regular travel to client sites, allowing for direct engagement with stakeholders. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies, along with application management services. Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of cloud hosting frameworks. Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices. Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering trust and value with clients. Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A bachelor's degree (4-year degree). 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, focusing on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration. Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern landscapes. Experience delivering SAP projects within the RISE operating model. Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud. Experience applying SAP Active methodology in implementation or transformation programs. Exposure to AI capabilities in SAP delivery. Willingness to travel (40-60%) to meet client needs. Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience in a consulting or professional services environment. SAP certifications. Experience with complex problem-solving and critical thinking. Emotional agility and collaboration skills in hybrid environments. The base salary for this position ranges from $102,500 to $187,900, while specific locations such as New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California range from $122,900 to $213,400, based on various factors including education, experience, and location.
