Industry Construction Type Privately Held About the Role We are on the lookout for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy. In this leadership position, you will act as a senior financial advisor, managing all aspects of financial operations while driving our aggressive growth strategy. You will shape the long-term vision of our organization, oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across various divisions, and establish robust financial systems to facilitate our expansion. Your responsibilities will also include fostering crucial relationships with external partners, spearheading innovation in financial technology, and building a high-performing finance and accounting team. We seek a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO role or senior finance position within the construction, development, or related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of scaling organizations through operational excellence and strategic insights, with deep expertise in construction finance, M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets. You must possess exceptional communication skills with the capability to convert complex financial data into actionable insights.
