Join our team as a Talent Acquisition HR Associate, where your skills in recruitment and HR will play a vital role in shaping our workforce. We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven HR Generalist who excels in attracting and onboarding exceptional talent that aligns with our core values and mission. In this role, you will engage in end-to-end recruitment processes while also supporting various HR functions, contributing to a thriving workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete recruitment process for diverse positions, from crafting job postings to facilitating candidate onboarding. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative approaches. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and devise customized recruitment strategies. Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a smooth selection process. Conduct reference checks, prepare job offers, and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout their journey. Support new employee onboarding processes to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all new hires. Assist in various HR activities, including employee relations and performance management, as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, along with a strong understanding of industry best practices. Knowledge of broader HR functions, including onboarding and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in engaging with candidates and employees at all levels. Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with a preference for Paycom. Capability to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
