You are: An accomplished Warehouse Management Application Support Engineer with extensive experience in designing, architecting, and implementing large-scale Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Execution solutions. You possess strong technical expertise combined with a comprehensive understanding of solution design and integration leadership. Your ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders sets you apart. You excel in complex environments, navigate ambiguous challenges with clarity, and guide teams through architecture, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Manhattan WMS and ecosystem solutions. The Work: In this role, you will design, develop, and manage the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solution for our clients by leveraging our Manhattan expertise and partnerships. We are searching for a proactive leader with MAWM knowledge who can utilize Accenture’s assets to expedite the deployment of Manhattan solutions to clients. As a professional at this level, you will: Facilitate functional and technical design workshops for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) by using your technical and functional expertise. Lead comprehensive discussions on supply chain transformation across various functions and technology stacks. Create points of view on solution alternatives to guide crucial design choices. Develop functional and technical designs for MAWM. Identify data mapping requirements for MAWM. Drive strategies for technology integration across Warehouse management, ERP, Order Management, and Transportation Management solutions. Design custom specifications and solutions for identified gaps in product configurations. Establish testing strategies and scenarios. Ensure quality assurance on solutions and testing outcomes. Proactively identify and mitigate project execution risks from a technological standpoint to ensure smooth implementation. Advise on process optimization and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate closely with technology providers and industry experts to stay ahead of trends. Partner with cross-functional teams (such as IT and Operations) to guarantee seamless execution of supply chain transformation initiatives. Please note that travel may be required for this position, with amounts ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client specifications. Here's What You Need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects. A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in Supply Chain domains, including Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Logistics. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years of work experience). An associate's degree with 6 years of equivalent experience will also be considered.
