Join Oracle's Global Physical Security (GPS) Systems Operations Team! We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) - Application Delivery to spearhead the successful implementation and enhancement of cutting-edge enterprise-scale access control and biometric systems across our global hyperscale environments. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Systems Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of Oracle's security systems, aligned with both business needs and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Product & Program Ownership: Oversee the technical implementation of access control and biometric solutions, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and strategic goals. Facilitate multi-vendor system implementations, managing priorities and tracking milestones to enable timely, effective deployments. Ensure thorough project documentation, risk assessment, and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement. Lead feature enhancement projects, guaranteeing that updates and integrations provide significant value with minimal disruption. Act as the primary escalation point for deployment challenges, collaborating with engineering, vendors, and site teams to ensure rapid resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between security operations, vendors, end-users, site managers, and executive stakeholders. Develop strong vendor management strategies to ensure clear deliverables and proactive support. Infrastructure Reliability & Scalability: Drive the implementation of scalable and resilient access control and biometric applications, ensuring compliance with evolving operational demands. Identify opportunities for improvement by monitoring performance metrics, system uptime, and user feedback, leading critical enhancements to maximize system reliability. Program & Project Management: Engage with internal customers to gather requirements and updates, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. Stay informed on industry trends and collaborate with the GPS team to pilot innovative technologies and shape future project roadmaps. Governance & Compliance: Guarantee that all system implementations and modifications are meticulously documented to meet audit and compliance standards. Assist in preparing audit documentation and responding to security evaluations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Security, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management in physical security, access control, or biometrics, ideally in hyperscale or data center contexts. Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of enterprise-scale access control and biometric systems. Experience coordinating large, multi-vendor technical projects. Advanced project management skills with a proven history of delivering projects on time and within scope. Strong technical knowledge of operational infrastructure and system reliability. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and executive audiences. Proficient in vendor management, documentation, and process improvement. Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. Desirable Qualifications: Professional certifications (PMP, CPP, PSP, etc.). Knowledge of security industry standards and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). Hands-on experience with system integration, automation, or reporting tools. Familiarity with cloud, data centers, or large-scale enterprises. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,100 to $199,500 per annum, with the potential for bonuses and equity.
