Key Responsibilities Workflow Design: Develop programmatic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for large employers, and manage list-based marketing aimed at job seekers and small businesses. Journey Optimization: Create and enhance user journeys that effectively convert initial awareness into sustained usage and monetization. Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes for local teams and collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure smooth transitions in sales through well-defined Service Level Agreements. Vendor & Agency Management: Establish standard procedures for the selection and coordination of external partners and agencies to maintain consistent global operations. AI-Driven Experimentation: Implement AI frameworks to evaluate channel mixes and accelerate the creative process, aiming for idea-to-launch cycles of under 24 hours. Data & Signal Intelligence: Develop audience models using first- and third-party data, leveraging tools to enhance data and operationalize engagement signals. Strategic Leadership: Establish the department from the ground up, advocate for headcount by presenting business cases, and keep senior leadership informed of progress. Required Skills and Competencies Senior Leadership Experience: Over 10 years in Marketing Operations, Technology, or Segment Marketing with at least 3 years leading global teams in a prominent tech organization (SaaS/B2B/B2C). Technical Mastery: Extensive knowledge of AI-driven tools, audience discovery, and advanced marketing automation systems, with a robust understanding of the marketing lifecycle in both B2B and B2C contexts. Strategic Execution: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Demand Engineering projects and optimizing complex workflows across multiple countries. Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence leaders in Brand, Growth, Revenue Operations, Product, and Sales. Builder Mindset: Proactive approach to execution, comfortable working in uncertain environments while maintaining high operational standards. Analytical & Change Leadership: Skilled in defining ROI/KPI metrics and facilitating the adoption of new technologies across dispersed teams. Communication & Mentorship: Exceptional at distilling complex technical issues into clear explanations and supporting high-performing global talent. Salary Information The salary for this role varies based on location, with ranges reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate. Key ranges include: - NYC Metro Area: 192,000 - 288,000 USD per year - Austin: 160,000 - 240,000 USD per year - SF Bay Area: 200,000 - 300,000 USD per year - Seattle: 194,000 - 292,000 USD per year - US Remote: 160,000 - 240,000 USD per year - Scottsdale: 158,000 - 238,000 USD per year Benefits We offer a wide range of benefits to support the well-being of our employees, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
