The Project Leadership function at Parexel plays a vital role in ensuring our clients' success and advancing clinical research projects. As part of the Global Project Leadership organization, your contributions will directly influence the teams and clients you collaborate with, while ultimately improving the lives of the patients we serve. Parexel's dedicated Biotech Division seeks experienced Project Management professionals with a robust background managing global clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This division specializes in supporting Biotech clients, catering to their distinct needs. This is an excellent opportunity for industry professionals who appreciate flexibility, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving approach to effectively support such clients. We anticipate future openings for Project Leader (PM) and Senior Project Leader (SPM) roles for candidates who have experience leading global studies, particularly in Oncology (Hematology), Respiratory/General Medicine, and Obesity/Endocrine. Selected individuals will be responsible for leading project teams and overseeing daily operations, striving for operational excellence through timely delivery within budget and with the utmost quality to surpass client expectations. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: An undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, and coordinating team activities Familiarity with the complete clinical development process through regulatory submissions More senior roles, such as Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director, will require additional years of experience. To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate flexibility, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a strategic vision.
