The Opportunity In this strategic position, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that enhance the digital experiences of our clients. Your vast experience in AEM architecture and the Adobe Experience Cloud will be essential in delivering high-quality digital solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Oversee the architecture and technical leadership of AEM projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Lead technical aspects of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design reusable templates that enhance user experience. Drive the adoption of modern UI frameworks and establish best practices in project delivery. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Stay updated on emerging trends in digital experience management and Adobe products. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development with a strong understanding of AEMaaCS and EDS. Proficiency in Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services. Experience with decoupled architectures and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities. Adobe Certification as AEM Developer or Architect is preferred. A valid passport and willingness to travel.
