Production Operator - River Falls

Job Full Description Express Employment of River Falls is seeking reliable candidates who are interested in a Production Operator role for a small company located in River Falls! This is a long-term opportunity with high likelihood of hire-on after contract period. Schedule(s) 2nd shift- Monday - Thursday, 4pm-2am Pay: $18/hr. Duties: Maintain good housekeeping in work areas Sample of finished product and routine tests as required Check labels against customer specifications for proper product name and lot numbers Inspect equipment to ensure it is in top working order, reporting any problems to Lead Clean and sanitize packaging equipment and work areas to eliminate contamination sources General facility cleaning as required Manage and operate all equipmnt so the run rate supports the production schedule All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible Ability to read and follow directions Written and verbal communication skills Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for duration of shift High school diploma or equivalent OR 1-3 months of related experience Location and Work Environment Located in River Falls, this company is looking for individuals who can grow with them and fit in with their team culture.
