The Essentials Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Starting rate depends on Restoration Industry experience). Sign-On Bonus: $1,200 (Paid out after successful completion of the introductory period). Level: Entry Level - We provide the training; you provide the hustle. The Role: What You'll Do As a Water Mitigation Technician, you are the first responder to property emergencies. Your job is to stabilize the environment and prevent further damage. Rapid Response: Extract standing water from commercial and residential properties. Demolition & Prep: Perform controlled demolition, including removing damaged drywall, flooring, and insulation. Equipment Pro: Set up and monitor professional drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers). Tech-Savvy Tracking: Document the restoration process using industry software and moisture mapping tools. Customer Care: Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners during stressful situations. Who You Are Highly Motivated: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a problem and solve it. Physically Capable: This is a hands-on job. You're comfortable lifting equipment and working in varying environments. Reliable: Disasters don't stick to a 9-to-5.
