SAP Payroll Integrations Analyst (Level 3) Orlando, FL (100% Remote) Pay : $80.00 - $100.00 per hour Contract 26-01038 Job Summary The SAP Payroll Integrations Analyst (Level 3) supports payroll and finance system integrations within a complex SAP environment. This role focuses on translating business requirements into functional integration specifications, supporting payroll data feeds, executing testing activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for payroll integration issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in SAP payroll data flows, and comfortable collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This is a contract role. Job Responsibilities Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications, including data mapping and reconciliation with legacy systems. Maintain and update documentation for payroll-related data feeds, including time and attendance, benefits, tax, and third-party provider integrations. Design and execute functional and integration test plans, including user acceptance testing. Serve as first-line support for payroll integration defects by troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution with IT, vendors, and business owners. Follow established change control procedures for all integration updates. Provide clear, business-focused status updates to management and project leadership. Identify opportunities to automate manual validations, reduce processing time, and improve data quality. Job Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining payroll or finance integrations within SAP environments. Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll data flows and structures. Proven experience creating functional specifications and performing data reconciliation. Hands-on experience executing functional and integration testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Exposure to APIs, middleware, or scripting tools such as SQL, Power Query, or Python is preferred. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus. SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll or SAP ABAP certification is desirable. Experience with robotic process automation or AI-driven data validation tools is a plus. Background supporting large-scale transformation or system implementation initiatives is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
