Secret Wireless Network Engineer

Role Overview Insight Global is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer to support the Air Force Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) program. This role plays a critical part in modernizing and standardizing the Air Force's network architecture by delivering secure, highperformance wireless solutions across missioncritical installations. From site surveys and predictive analysis to design, engineering, and implementation, this position directly contributes to improving mission readiness and operational reliability across Air Force locations. Role & Responsibilities • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Wireless (WiFi) network equipment, architectures, and implementation procedures • Assess, design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network solutions • Perform handson ("touch labor") support for network devices • Design enterprise wireless architectures, including: • Hardware, software, and communications components • Support for current requirements and future crossfunctional scalability • Conduct analytical evaluations of: • Network workflows • Usage patterns • Organizational and capacity planning issues • Develop and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and reliability • Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering staff • Communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally, both written and verbal Present designs, findings, and recommendations in a businessfocused manner We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
