Intensive In-Home Team Lead - Child & Family Services Marshall, NC (serving Madison & Yancey Counties) - Just a quick 30-minute drive from Asheville Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 (based on licensure and experience) Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 Schedule: Full-time with flexible scheduling and rotating on-call hours Clinical Supervision Provided for associate-level licensed clinicians Make a Meaningful Impact We are looking for a passionate Intensive In-Home Team Lead to support children and families experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. In this leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team of professionals while providing direct clinical services that help stabilize families and strengthen communities. What You'll Do Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team serving children and families in the community Provide evidence-based individual therapy in home, school, and community settings Coordinate care and serve as the primary link between families, treatment teams, and community resources Help children and families build coping, communication, and daily living skills Support families in addressing behavioral, emotional, and substance use challenges Manage a caseload of 8-12 families Participate in a rotating on-call response system to support families in crisis Why Join Our Team? • $3,000 sign-on bonus • Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture • Clinical supervision included for associate-licensed clinicians • Opportunities for career growth and leadership development • A work environment that values work-life balance • The chance to make a real difference for children and families in your community What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT or associate-level license with ability to obtain full licensure within 30 months At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs Supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license and auto insurance Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) Drug testing Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements. Proof of employment history or references (if required) Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
