Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers. Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide wound care and other essential nursing interventions. Supervise and assist Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
