The Opportunity: As a member of our Workforce Consulting team, you will provide specialized consultation in job architecture design, skills taxonomy, and compensation frameworks, significantly contributing to organizational effectiveness. In your managerial role, you will lead teams and oversee client accounts, focusing on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff. You will ensure project success and uphold exemplary standards while motivating and inspiring your team members. Your role also involves collaborating with clients to align talent architecture initiatives with broader business goals, while contributing to PwC's intellectual property development in this area. Responsibilities: Lead teams in delivering specialist consultation on job architecture design. Develop skills taxonomy and compensation frameworks for enhanced organizational effectiveness. Manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning and staff mentoring. Ensure project success by maintaining quality standards and motivating team members. Collaborate with clients to align talent architecture initiatives with business objectives. Contribute to the development of intellectual property in talent architecture. Implement project strategies collaboratively with clients. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or a related field. 5 years of experience in consulting or HR strategy roles focusing on job architecture, compensation design, or managing large-scale complex projects/programs. What Sets You Apart: Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or a related field is preferred. Broad consulting and advisory skills. Strong capability in strategic analysis and design. Expertise in project and change management methodologies. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills. Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams. Experience with HR technology design and enhancement. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
