GENERAL PURPOSE: As a Store Protection Specialist, your primary responsibility is to provide a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and fraud while ensuring a safe environment for both associates and customers. You will greet every customer with a smile and make eye contact, demonstrating a friendly demeanor that helps discourage theft.
