About the Role: Step into the role of Senior Data Solutions Architect, where you'll spearhead a dedicated team to tackle intricate business challenges faced by our clients. Your insights will be pivotal in guiding projects from strategic planning through to execution. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert on Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data platform, and Snowflake, demonstrating their potential to drive business objectives. Design and implement robust data pipelines, analytical frameworks, and reporting structures that promote transparency and empower informed decision-making. Utilize advanced analytics, including machine learning, to detect anomalies in transaction data and enhance data-driven insights. Ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity through effective data management and governance practices. Guide and mentor a team of data analysts and consultants, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment. Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate data insights into wider business strategies. Remain vigilant about BSA/AML regulations and assist clients in adhering to compliance requirements. Transform legal and compliance mandates into actionable data analytics strategies in collaboration with compliance teams. Contribute to client proposals and deliver impactful presentations that highlight your expertise in data analytics and regulatory compliance. Represent Crowe at industry events, positioning yourself as a thought leader in data consulting for BSA and AML. Innovate by exploring new technologies that improve our service delivery. Participate in presales activities to clarify client expectations and craft comprehensive project plans. Collaborate in system development processes, providing coordination and status updates among teams. Architect, deploy, and manage analytical databases in an Azure environment. Create proofs of concept to illustrate architectural strategies and evaluate tools effectively. Document and communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) is preferred. 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or consulting, especially in financial services. Strong grip on BSA, financial audits, and AML compliance standards. Proven track record in managing complex data projects and leading cross-functional collaborations. Practical experience with advanced analytics tools and data warehousing techniques is essential. Proficient in developing ETL/ELT processes and managing datasets effectively. Experience in team management, including oversight of offshore resources. Familiarity with Azure data technologies (such as Azure Data Factory, SQL, Synapse Analytics). Exceptional analytical and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in BI tools, including ETL, visualization, or cloud architectures; CAMS or CFE certifications are advantageous. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in dimensional modeling and execution of end-to-end data warehouse projects. Proficiency in analytics programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and big data technologies. Experience in agile development methodologies, along with knowledge of Azure resource provisioning. This role involves engagement with a range of stakeholders, including senior analysts and executives, to foster collaboration and achieve results.
