Product Delivery Specialist

Join Our Team as a Product Delivery Specialist! As a Product Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parts and products to our professional customers. This role also includes collecting payment on C.O.D. deliveries and picking up customer returns. We welcome bilingual candidates to apply! Key Responsibilities: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to our customers. Utilize delivery fleet management devices to manage deliveries, capture signatures, and log vehicle mileage. Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle. Ensure the security of delivery vehicles, keys, and collected payment. Collect customer returns and complete necessary documentation. Communicate customer needs and any issues to store management. Immediately report vehicle maintenance needs or any accidents to the store manager. Ensure vehicles are secure at the end of each day. Clock in/out according to company policy. Assist with additional tasks as assigned, including customer service, stocking, and merchandising. Support customers and assist with cashier duties as needed during busy times. Qualifications: Required: Strong ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt to changing delivery circumstances effectively. A valid state driver's license that meets company driving standards. Desired: Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.
